To access the Directory, you must have a verified/active account, as well as at least one of the following for the 2023-24 school year:

  • Baker PTA Membership
  • Eisenhower PTO Membership
  • Steams PTO Membership
  • Boyce Student Activity Fee paid
  • Ft Couch Activity Fee paid
  • USCHS PTSO Activity Fee paid

WHY PARTICIPATE IN THE FAMILY DIRECTORY?

 

We are proud to offer the service of a USC Family Directory. The entire Directory is managed by the Parent Teacher Council of Upper St Clair, with support from the USC Administration.

 

Well over half the families in the district elect to be published, and the Directory is used by parents, teachers and staff at each school.  It's a great tool to connect families and students. 

 

And we provide all this while focusing on privacy, safety and security. 

 

Some popular uses:

  • Birthday & Party invite lists 
  • To connect with the parents of your kids' friends (old and new!)
  • To set up play dates/hang outs (especially with newer classmates)
  • To arrange car pools and ride sharing
  • To find addresses for picking up kids at new friend's houses
  • To keep us all connected to each other, because it takes a village!

 

Please note:

  • Participation is optional and voluntary! 
  • Privacy/Visibility settings are 100% in your control  
  • Your info is secure. Your contact info (if you choose to publish it) is only visible to other parents/guardians in the Upper St Clair School District who are verified and securely logged in. 
  • Your info is safe.  We never sell or give out your information.  The cost of running the Directory is covered through PTA/O/SO Membership & Activity Fees through each building, so no one outside of our community will ever have access to your data. 




How do I verify my account?

Verification takes only a few minutes.  Please check your email for a verification email with instructions or click "Register/Log In".

Please note, you will not be able to access the Digital Directory without verification & membership.

What if I cannot remember my password or log in email?

No problem!  Here's some helpful tips:

  • Login Username =  the email address which received your verification request email.  
    Any imported family info is associated with this email.

  • Have a password saved from last year? 
    Just use it to log in and proceed with verification

  • Forgot your Password? 
    That's ok! To proceed you must re-register as a NEW USER since all info has re-set from last year.  Unfortunately, this is a quirk of the system we have discovered (so sorry for the inconvenience). We don't know why either 🤷

  • "Forgot Password" Link will NOT work until you complete sign on as a new account for the 2022-23 year.

Why do I need to be a PTA/O/SO member to get access?

This year, digital directory access is tied to active membership with one PTA/O/SO or paid Student Activity Fees for Middle School.  The reason is that the cost of membership/activity fees helps cover the cost of the Directory which is covered in full through the PTA/O/SO contributions.

 

So, not only does PTA/O/SO Membership/Paid Middle School Activity Fee not require any time commitment or meeting attendance from you, it also funds ALL the after school and additional educational programs for ALL students all year long.  Each membership is a one-time payment for the entire 2023-24 school year.

 

To purchase membership and unlock access to the digital directory before 10/10/23, visit our store here. After 10/10/23, you will need to do so through each building and follow up with the buildings to ensure they turn on Digital Directory Access for you.  This may take a few days.  Links below for membership & contact info:

 

 


Can I still manage my account/privacy without PTA/O/SO Membership?

Yes! After verification, you are able to order printed directories and manage your Family's privacy and contact settings even without membership.

 

 

How do I Know which Memberships I have bought already? 

To check which memberships you have purchased, log in, go to "My Account" and scroll to Membership Section. Link here: https://uscsd.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_step1 

 



Can I still purchase a PTA/O/SO Membership or Middle School Activity Fee? 

To purchase membership and unlock access to the digital directory, you will need to do so through each building and follow up with the buildings to ensure they turn on Digital Directory Access for you.  This may take a few days.  Links below for membership & contact info:

What if my family is struggling to pay for PTA/O/SO Membership?

 

If your family is interested in membership and free digital directory access, but is facing financial hardship, then please know each school offers completely confidential membership "scholarships".  

 

You may request this option if needed by reaching out to your individual building's PTA/O/SO.  They are well-equipped to handle these requests with care and discretion. You can find contact info here. 

 

Once you make arrangements with your PTA/O/SO, they will ensure you have access to the directory for free.  

All of us at each Parent Teacher Group do not want money to prevent you from being part of your Parent Teacher Groups!

Can I purchase a Printed Directory now?

Yes, Printed Directories may be purchased by all regardless of PTA/O/SO Membership Status!

 

After verifying your account and privacy settings, simply visit our store and scroll to bottom for the Printed Directory.

 

Verification for the Printed Directory closes 10/10 so we can get the Directory to our printer. You will be able to make any account changes after 11/7, but only verified information as of 10/10 will make it to our printed version. 

 

You may order the printed directory immediately after verification and delivery is expected between late October and early November.  More emails will be sent when we have further details.

 



Can I complete verification on the APP?

No.  Unfortunately, the verification process must be completed on a browser (phone, tablet, laptop, PC, etc). App access awaits after verifying on your browser.

 

Please note that the AtoZ App no longer works (as AtoZ was sold to membership Toolkit). You must download the Membership Toolkit App instead. You will have full app access once you verify your account in your browser (does just once each year)
